- Employers Forcing Vaccinations

There is a growing push to have every individual, both child and adult fully vaccinated against everything possible and everything available.   There is the "No Shots, No School" campaign (which is NOT true incidentally).  Every pharmacy and grocery store has Flu shots available every day, with nurses at many entryways set up at a table ready and willing to vaccinate you. They call out from the door, "Get your flu shot, come here, do you need a flu shot?"  Some of these stores will offer a discounted shopping pass or a rebate for anyone rolling up their sleeve.  Retailers appear to be pushing these drugs as a result of expected low-demand.  Not only are they offering flu shots, but they're now branching out to also offer the pneumonia, shingles, varicella, meningitis, hepatitis A and B, HPV, pertussis, MMR, and Tdap vaccinations.

This push has extended from the pediatrician's offices, to the military,  to the school classrooms, to our grocery stores, and now it is rearing its ugly head in our workplaces.  There has been a push, whether it is fueled from the CDC's recommendations  or the WHO's recommendations or from the pharmacy bottom line, we will probably never know.  It is, however, more virulently obtrusive into our rights as a citizen to bodily autonomy.  It conflicts with your right as a patient to choose the course of any test or treatment recommended to you.  This is a decision that should be made by the person (patient) after consulting with his medical care provider.  Employers have NO PLACE in this decision and are outside their realm of responsibility requiring it, and I would argue they have no legal right to invoke this order as well.

"Since the (so-called) swine flu pandemic of 2009-2010, hospitals around the nation have been implementing flu vaccine mandates for employees, under threat of termination. This includes everyone working for the hospital, whether they have patient contact or not. This is only the tip of the iceberg. The CDC plans to re-vaccinate all adults; hospital workers just have the misfortune of being at the top of the list. But Iíve already been hearing from new categories of employees being required to get vaccines. Pharmacists, vendors (who sell equipment to hospitals), hospital volunteers and college students doing clinical work in local hospitals are all being required to get flu shots. Since the pandemic, Iíve also heard from airline employees (yellow fever vaccine), people in the food industry (Hepatitis A vaccine) and even a public transportation employee (flu vaccine). As of 2010, there were already over 330 vaccines either already on the market or in development. Folks, thereís no light at the end of this tunnel. THERE WILL ALWAYS BE ANOTHER VACCINE TO GIVE A PERSON AND ANOTHER PERSON TO GIVE A VACCINE."   Vaccine Rights Attorney Allen Phillips. 

According to Mr Phillips, "There are different categories of vaccine requirements in the workplace: 1) Those, if any, required by state law; 2) Those not required by state law but required by the employer, as a matter of company policy; and 3) those recommended by government agencies--e.g., Hep B is recommended by OSHA (but can be refused by signing the appropriate form). 

He further states:  "Title VII of the 1964 federal Civil Rights Act requires qualifying employers to reasonably accommodate their employees' religious beliefs. Widespread hospital policies allowing religious exemptions support the contention that healthcare facilities can reasonably accommodate employees' religious objections to immunizations, generally. The EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission), a federal agency that enforces discrimination laws and investigates employer discrimination complaints, also supports healthcare workers' right to refuse vaccines in the workplace. However, while most hospitals have policies allowing employees to refuse vaccines for religious reasons, some are overreaching, requiring support from a religious leader. These policies, arguably, exceed the employer's legal authority, so those in this situation may need the help of an attorney to cite applicable law to convince the hospital that they are overstepping their legal boundaries."

Many employees that attempt to acquire an exemption on their own will have their request denied, so you may want to seek an attorney's advice to be sure that you have addressed anything that could amount to a legal pitfall.  The outcome can be critical and it is difficult if not impossible to fix an exemption if it has been submitted in a flawed format, so you should consider this point carefully when you submit your exemption request.

This is going to come down to "What hill are you willing to die on?"  If you just fear a bout with the flu, a sore arm, the inconvenience or a bit of scolding from a superior, then by-all-means....suck it up and roll up your sleeve.  It isn't going to be worth it to you. 

 If, on the other hand, you are more concerned about the overall risks to your health that the toxins will do and believe the evidence that your risk of Alzheimer's Disease goes up exponentially in relation to how many flu vaccinations your receive, you might be more willing to go to battle.  What if you are more concerned with the fact that many  vaccines are created using aborted fetal cell tissue?  Maybe THAT is the one thing that you find morally reprehensible enough to stand your ground.  Or maybe you just don't believe that your employer should have the ability/authority to tell you what medical procedures you have to submit to.  Maybe you believe that as a citizen of the United States, you have the right to control your own body and choose which medicines/treatments to which you will submit.  Our freedoms are being eroded one by one, slowly and surely.  It is like the proverbial frog in hot water.  He wouldn't just stay in a pot of boiling water, but if you just raise the temperature one or two degrees at a time, then he'll sit there until he boils to death. 

As a side note, which may or may NOT interest you....Mollen Immunization Clinics is the largest provider of influenza (flu) immunizations in the United States. Notice the trick word....IMMUNIZATION.... immunization is NOT the same as vaccination.  "We use the words immunization and vaccination as though they were synonyms. They are not. Vaccination, by definition is the act of giving a shot. That is what that really means. Immunization means that you have become immune. You do not necessarily become immune from a vaccine. In fact, there is a large body of evidence that shows it only causes harm, it does not make you immune at all. The definition of immunity means that you have had a natural infection from a community acquired infection" Dr. Sherri Tenpenny.  (She makes this statement among others in the first video clip here.)

What are YOU going to do?  Are you going to suck it up and "take one for the team"?  Are YOU going to buy in to the herd immunity theory?  Are you going to lay down your right to personal autonomy to benefit the pocketbook of Big Pharma?  

NEVERMIND them....stand up for yourself.  Use your voice, make it count or your children will not have a voice to use one day, and I don't think that day is very far away.
